Since you’ve landed on this page, you probably already know a little about us and you’re thinking Hedvig might be a good place to work at. As the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?), we’ve proven that it’s possible to disrupt an entire industry with people’s best interest at heart. Yet we’re only at the beginning of our journey. We are now looking for a new member to join our team as a Business Analyst.


What about the role?

  • You will perform analyses on large sets of data from various sources to build analytical reports and extract actionable insights for our Growth, Service and Product teams.
  • You will work with a cross functional teams and be a fundamental part of business critical initiatives.
  • You will source data, ensure quality and deliver complex analytical requests to key stakeholders and make recommendations on changes to strategy.
  • You will implement and visualize various KPIs for financial reporting, product and business insights.

 

What about you?

  • You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Economic and Mathematics) degree
  • You are more than comfortable with manipulating and analyzing complex data with SQL and other tools, such as Python or R.
  • You combine a sharp business sense and exceptional analytical abilities to drive your arguments.
  • You want to be part of changing the insurance industry together with us
  • Passivity is not your thing. You ask to be challenged and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
