Yet we’re only at the beginning of our journey. The Growth team at Hedvig is building up a next level in-house growth marketing team that will build a new standard on digital customer acquisition. 

 As a Growth Specialist – Conversion, your mission is to make sure our website Hedvig’s website and apps are optimised for meeting customer needs and to position our products in the most compelling way possible. The role will cover:

  – User Research – Understand hurdles, challenges and opportunities that would increase sales of Hedvig’s products and services digitally

– Conversion Rate Optimization – Optimise channels to increase conversion rates

– Product Marketing – Sell our products in the most appealing way possible

– Marketing Analytics – Track traffic & performance of channels

– UX – Build appealing sales flows and understand needs among potential customers

What about the role?  

  • Bring insights about users to the team and understand underlying needs when getting Hedvig
  • Oversee website and apps to optimise conversion rates and ROI on campaigns
  • Drive user research projects in Sweden & Norway to understand challenges and needs for potential members we can adopt in our product & websites
  • Be the project manager for new landing pages, website optimisation and user journeys online
  • Make sure that website analytics are set up correctly and monitor results on a regular basis to detect ideas for improvement on our digital marketing and website performance
  • Provide guidance and ideas to the performance marketing team on iterations on our digital marketing campaigns
  • Initiate CRO projects and A/B testing hedvig.com our apps
  • Leading experimentation projects and testing
  • Bring new marketing ideas to the team to take Hedvig to the next level

What about you?

  • Interest in psychology and to understand people's decisions and behaviours online
  • A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and to drive own initiatives
  • Worked with managing websites and products for improved conversion rates
  • Experience with doing UX research for digital services
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Ex Google Analytics, Hotjar & Mixpanel)
  • Not afraid to bring new and bold ideas to the table
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment
