  • You are a sourcing wizard, you know where, when and how to look for engineering candidates 
  • You are the owner of Tech recruitment from start to finish
  • You develop new structures and improve existing ones to provide a unique and incredible candidate experience
  • You are someone who thrives working collaboratively with a team and challenges those around you 

What about you? 

  • You have 2-5 years of Tech recruiting experience, ideally in a global start-up
  • You take a creative approach to sourcing and have strong stakeholder management skills
  • You have detailed knowledge of Tech recruitment in Europe, ideally globally as well 
  • You have a strong understanding and approach to engagement with top talent
  • You have vast experience working with data to find the best approach to recruitment
