Someone who truly values customer excellence and wants to provide a remarkable experience. 

What about the role?  

  • You are the "Second line" support to our operational team for complex claims
  • You are the main Stakeholder in the development of new insurance products
  • You are the owner of insurance partnerships (e.g. Sedgwick, SOS international, etc)
  • You develop new operational insurance partnerships
  • You are the owner of claims reporting
  • You will educate and develop insurance competence within the team

What about you? 

  • You have 4- 5 experience within P&C insurance
  • You have detailed knowledge of home insurance in Sweden
  • You value most importantly customer experience and service-minded
  • You want to be part of changing the insurance industry together with us
  • Not afraid to try new things
  • You have as a bonus: experience in accident insurance, child insurance, pet insurance in Sweden
  • You have as a bonus: experience in-home and/or travel insurance and/or other insurance products in Norway
  • You have as a bonus: experience in-home and/or other insurance products in other European markets
