Since you’ve landed on this page, you probably already know a little about us and you’re thinking Hedvig might be a good place to work at. As the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?), we’ve proved that it’s possible to disrupt an entire industry with people’s best interest at heart. Yet we’re only at the beginning of our journey, and are now looking for an intern who wants to be a part of a movement that changes the way people think of their insurance and ultimately their stuff.

What about the role?
Hedvig is growing and gaining more members every day.  If you are someone who is looking to join a start-up to see more about the ecosystem, this could be for you. Even though we are moving very fast that doesn’t mean we can sit back and relax! That is why we are looking for diverse interns; from every background. Interns who will be able to work in the following departments; Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Tech and Product. Please note that this internship is unpaid. 

 

You will:  
· Support our cross functional projects organisation wide 
· Explore innovative ways of teaming up with other companies/organisations and develop our product accordingly
· Take tactical and strategic initiatives that push Hedvig’s growth
· Make an impact on Hedvig’s development going forward! This is an open application for anyone looking to join wanting to join the future of Insurtech. If you are looking to be a part of a remarkable mission; you want to join this Talent Program!

In trust we trust
As an insurance company, we default to trust. And we’ve noticed that if you get it without having to earn it, greatness happens almost instantly

Our success is never up to someone else. All of us take ownership for our own actions and reflect on our behaviors to continuously grow.

Agree to disagree
We don’t fear the truth, we actively pursue it. By pushing each other to find a better approach, friction is likely to happen. But above all, it will lead to new solutions that we all can stand behind.
