As a Member Experience Specialist you'll find yourself in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. At Hedvig our company language is English and a requirement for this position. However you would be working towards the Norwegian market and therefore interact with our members mainly in Norwegian 🇳🇴

What you'll do:

  • Working with the Hedvig AI bot to answer tricky questions and solve complex insurance claims
  • Collaborate with other Hedvigers to continuously learn and come up with actionable ideas on how to improve the member experience
  • Tracking, monitoring and iterating member experiences to constantly improve member satisfaction levels
