About this role

At Hedvig we love data and our recruitment process is no different. Anchored in research, we make sure to look at what actually matters for a specific role and assess exactly¬†that ‚Äst in addition to interviews we use¬†personality tests, logics tests, and standardised work tests to avoid biases as much as we can. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you would be in charge of this process, from sourcing to signing!¬†

More specifically, you will: 

  • Support recruiting leaders in defining job roles and candidate profiles
  • Have full ownership of recruitment at Hedvig and screen, source, interview and assess candidates
  • Be the point of contact for all candidates to ensure an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Share the Hedvig story and inspire others to join
  • Build a talent pool and maintain good relationship with promising candidates
  • Keep stakeholders up to date and proactively drive the recruitment agenda at Hedvig

About you

You're a service-minded and independent problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Most likely you are extrovert, organised and a networking genius who's curious about other people. Needless to say, you have excellent communication skills and can basically turn someone down while keeping them happy. 

You have at least 2-3 years of experience of sourcing and recruiting talent and are eager to become part of a growing startup!
