Partner Sales Manager

Yet we’re only at the beginning of our journey, and are now looking for a remarkable sales star who wants to embark on it with us and continue spreading Nice Insurance to the world through our partners.

We live for bold ambitions, and we’re setting out to grow Hedvig into a product and brand loved and used by millions of people. To get there we are developing our main growth channel – partnerships with established organizations such as banks, realtors, property owners, to distribute our service. Are you the star sales, business and relationship-builder who will take our partner sales to the next level? We hope so! Just know that we don’t really see it as our job to tell you exactly what you’ll do; we trust that you know your stuff and set your own agenda. So regardless of how you apply your skills, your mission in this role is to:

  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to take Hedvig’s Partner Sales to the next level, and into a driving force of our growth machine
  • Develop the team’s operating model and find innovative ways of teaming up with new partners and organizations
  • Work closely with Hedvig’s Product Team to ensure continuous development of the technical partner product based on different partner needs
  • Build strong long-term relationships with current and new partners and demonstrate the continuous value that Hedvig brings
  • Identify new opportunities to increase partner driven sales

What about you?
To be successful in this role, you’re most likely an ambitious and results-oriented high-achiever who’s passionate about people. You know how to nestle your way into the hot shots’ offices and with your communicative skills you could practically sell water bottles by a drinking fountain. (That might sound a bit like an evil genius, but your heart is in the right place – after all, empathy and trust are our guiding values and we firmly believe in win-win relationships). You're fluent in Swedish and English, and have several years of experience from doing enterprise and/or partner sales with an immaculate track-record. Whether our next partner is a large bank or multi-national property owner (or something completely different!), you’re up for the task. 

As with everyone we recruit, you’re a team player who act without prestige and take a lot of ownership of your work. We grow quickly and you will get to be a core part of building up the Partner Sales Team.
